1951 to 2021 Hall Bath

At first glance, this small bathroom looked like a straighforward remodel. Once we took a closer look we noticed the large gap between the floor and the wall tile and tub - alerting us that there was more going on beneath the surface. During demo we discovered that the sub floor and floor joists were rotted. Specialists came in to make sure the subfloor and joists were replaced and secure before we continued working. Once the bathroom was structurally safe again, we were able to complete the remodel and transform this small space.
